What is atoyfactory.com?
atoyfactory(2005) is a new project group with the objective of creating interactive plays and toys. Now they are often explained in term of digital technologies and tools. However, we believe that games and toys are more comprehensive than this. For this reason, we are passionate about seeking principles of interaction, for plays and toys, in other ways. In particular, our aim is to bring out the fun and experimental nature of interaction without any limitations.

How does atoyfactory.com work?
We communicate to users on online. We expect that this system will allow us to share various ideas for toys in process without regard to time and place. On the other hand, designers and creators in atoyfactory.com will discuss practical work such as researching materials and toys, making prototypes etc. for toys.

Here is very a important notice for users(atoytest). The role of the user is very important to this project and so here is some information on how the process works:

First of all, all toys require comments and recommendations from users. We believe this is the best way to make better toys and so we encourage interactive brainstorming, ideas, constructive criticism etc. At the second stage, we choose some of the users who have already applied to this website to play with the toys and test them. As part of the next stage, these users MUST give us exciting FEEDBACK such as pictures texts, redesigned toys and more (atoytest). This is what we believe interactive art and design should be all about. Interactive toys should not just the work of the designer and manufacturer, but also that of the user as well. This is the very point that will distinguish interatcive toys from conventional toys. Finally, we show all process online or offline for exhibits after collecting all images, texts and feedback
